Highpoint Colour Club

 

Each Monday from 10am-1pm there will be Colour Club that hosts free kids activities and special shopping offers at Highpoint Shopping Centre. Mr 3 was completely caught up in story time when we visited, the lovely girls that were reading used so much enthusiasm. My favourite was the Dora book, even a little Spanish didn't waver her confidence. Before we knew it, it was time to Vamos!

 

I usually spend most of my time on Level 3, so it was great to head down to Level 2 which is home to Pure Baby, Cotton on Kids, the ABC Shop, Adairs Kids and many more.

 

We enjoyed a cupcake and a baby chino from Cupcake Central, looked forward to heading back to the beautiful Deli in the fresh food area after we tried their smoked ham and dolmades.

 

The jewel on the crown for mums of the Level 2 space- the Changing Rooms. Wow! The amazing designer has created to room to be a giant tree. There are beautiful butterflies and apples that hang from the roof and act as a wonderful distraction for bubs getting a nappy change. There is an enclosed space to keep toddlers entertained- ABC for Kids was playing on the TV but Mr 3 was too distracted by the fun little apples to jump on and step over to notice. There were feeding rooms with curtains. And of course there is a toilet. There is a reason that the Australian Breast Feeding association gave this change room 5 stars. It is the perfect space to accommodate the needs of a baby and toddler.
