We just love St Kilda Adventure playground! It took us a long time to get here because they aren't open all day, every day as it is a staffed playground. Although it is recommended for older kids, my boys 1.5 and 2.5 absolutely loved climbing and checking out all of the colourful equipment, but it was a great work out to chase them around and try to keep them together. From tree houses to pirate ships, to tee pees, big elephants and dinosaurs and trampolines. And very importantly for those toilet training little ones, there is a toilet. I loved that there were kids there from ages 1.5 all the way to 12 having fun, and some pretty happy looking parents too :)

 

Here is the council website for more information. The playground might be closed for certain events- but if you find yourself in the area and the playground closed don't go home- check out Jimmy's Milk Bar or Plum Garland Memorial Park
